Salans is a full service international law firm built on a pioneering spirit with over 750 lawyers globally operating from 19 offices. We are uniquely located in a combination of emerging market hubs and key financial centres, providing our clients with comprehensive cross-border legal services. In Germany Salans' presence is growing continuously. Two-and-a-half years after former law firm Haarmann Hemmelrath's Berlin office joined Salans, we have recently opened an office in Frankfurt. Our German offices now comprise more than 55 lawyers and tax consultants.

Our client base is wide and far-reaching, and includes commercial and investment banks, real estate companies. investment funds, utilities and public entities as well as many medium-scale and large-scale enterprises in all parts of Germany.

Our German offices cover all the key areas of business and commercial law. Their key areas of advice encompass corporate / M&A, tax, real estate, labour, corporate recovery/insolvency, merger control and antitrust law, employment and public sector law as well as litigation.
