Application / Registration

Each Member / Observer has the right to send 9 delegates to the ICM. Usually 7 positions are used by the 7 members of the NB, the NB also decides on who uses the other two. Each NB selects one person as Head of Delegation (HoD), who is responsible for attendance to the workshops of all participants, for waking them up in the morning, for payments and so on. Of course, each participant has his or her own responsibility aswell!

Nine delegates is the maximum per delegation.
If you are an alumni, it is possible for you to attend the alumni programme. In this case, you will not stay in the hostel, but in a hotel.

You have the possibility to stay longer than the period of the ICM (26/10-2/11), namely arrive on Friday before the ICM and depart on Monday after. If you wish to do so you should request extra nights. They cost € 35 per night per delegate. In the extra nights bed & breakfast is included.

If you need a visa or invitation letter, please state so in the application form.

Also, if you have additional requirements, e.g. you are Muslim and are not allowed to eat pork, or you are vegetarian, please state so in the application form. The hostel will then take care of this.

We will use an online interface in which each participant can register himself by entering all necessary data.
The HoD only has to approve the applicant afterwards to add him to the delegation.

The procedure is the same for all delegations (ELSA, ELS, IB, chairs, ALSA, ELSA Hollywood...)
