The ICM will be hosted in the Nuremberg Youth Hostel, part of the beautiful imperial castle.

What is included?

The Organising Committee

If you need anything, if you have a question, a problem, or if you need some 'special attention', we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Food

If you book the whole ICM, you book from Sunday to Sunday.
This means:
You arrive on Sunday 26 October 2008. You can check in with the OC at the moment you arrive, for refreshing or resting. The OC will be present all day. On that Sunday, the OC provides dinner between 20.00 and 21.30. If you arrive in the morning, you should buy some food on the way through the town.

From Monday 27 October until Saturday 1 November you will receive breakfast (08.00-09.30), warm lunch (13.00-14.30) and warm dinner (20.00-21.30).

On the day of your leaving, Sunday 2 November 2008, the OC provides breakfast (between 08.00 and 09.30). Should you wish to eat later because you stay longer, you can go out to get some food.

Bed and food during extra nights

In case you book extra nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday before and Sunday/Monday after the ICM):
With extra nights bed & breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner is not supplied. You can go out should you wish to eat, there are lots of pubs and restaurants nearby.
Also, in case you stay longer, it is required that you leave the room in time. A place to deposit your luggage is available.

Shower

Hot showers are available 24/7 (already tested at 4 a.m...). No towels are present, so take your own.

Washing

If you wish to wash: This can only be done in launderettes.

Free internet access

We set up our own Wireless Network, so take your laptop with you!

Special requests

In case you have special requests for religous or health reasons, please state so in the application form. The hostel will take care of this as much as possible and reasonable.
