Dear Participants,

This part of the website is intended to give you all the information that is relevant for you. Please read all the information carefully, in order not to have any surprises when you arrive.
On the left side you can access more detailed information by clicking on each link. Some of these links can also be found in the text: By clicking on them, you will get more information on that topic. Once you have read the additional information, you can simply go back in the browser to return to this page.

This ICM takes place from Sunday 26 October 2008 until Sunday 2 November 2008. You will stay in a beautiful castle in the lovely town Nuremberg (Nürnberg in German).

Each morning you can have breakfast from 08.00 to 09.30 (or sleep longer). After breakfast, you are expected in one of the seven workshops by a member of the IB of ELSA. These workshops are hosted in the hostel. The OC will help you to get to the workshops.

Around 13.00 each day you will have (warm) lunch in the hostel. After 1.5 hours, the workshops start again, so you have sufficient time to eat and refresh. The workshops continue until 18.30. The academic part of the day is over then. Before having (warm) dinner, you will have 1.5 hours for reporting time and time to change and refresh. Dinner will last 1.5 hours, and around 21.30 we will leave for the party. As not everyone wants to stay until it gets light, we will make sure that you will have the possibility to get home at several times.

There are few exceptions for the above mentioned: During days when the council gathers in plenary, there will be no reporting time. Time for dinner stays the same. However, please make sure that you (if you wish) refreshed and changed your clothes BEFORE 21:30, when we leave for the party. Besides, on Friday there will be sightseeing, as well as on Sunday afternoon after the opening reception.

If you wish to receive further information, please click on the links on the left side. You will find information regarding Accomodation, Academic Programme (incl. Workshops and Career Day), Social Programme (incl. Gala Ball, Sightseeing and Parties) and also about the Fees, Transport, Visa and Invitation letter and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

Should you have any further questions or remarks after having read all this, contact the OC or fill in the application form!

We look very much forward to hosting you soon!

The Organising Committee.
